Receiving Your Photos

If you opted to send your photos by regular mail to be restored, and have carefully packed your photo as per shipping intructions we have given you, that is, placing the photo between two pieces of cardboard and placing that in a packing envelope for photos, we first carefully open that. We check for your enclosed instructions, if any, and refer to any email you might have sent pertaining to what you would like done.
